Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Criteria
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

Product is defective or damaged

Product is not as described

Product must be unused in original packaging
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we cannot issue a refund.
Sales and Clearance goods
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Shipping Returns

In order to return an order, you must contact us first by email (info@loottoys.com) or via website contact form, providing reasons for returning product/s.

Returns can be mailed to: Loot Toy Company, 712A 12th Street, New Westminster BC, V3M 4J6 CANADA. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We do not refund the shipping costs for returned products.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
Replacement Policy
Under some circumstances, Loot Toy Co will replace purchased products with same or similar products. The following criteria need to be met to be eligible for a replacement:

Product was damaged and unusable when delivered

Product received was not as ordered on invoice

Product, when used, was faulty
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all replacement requests must be accompanied by images and written content in support of the request. If the product does not seem to meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a replacement.

To request replacement, in the first instance, please contact us using the website contact form or info@loottoys.com. Once we receive the request, we will assign to a staff member who will contact you via email with further instructions.
